Before submitting your first idea, you will be asked to register. This will create a profile that identifies what type of community you will be a part of. If you are not a Helen of Troy employee, when you register, you will identify what community best represents you. You must complete all registration fields and accept the site’s “Terms and Conditions” before proceeding.
To help us understand the nature of your idea, you will be asked a series of questions. This process does not allow you to input any confidential information about your idea, which protects both you and Helen of Troy from any potential misunderstanding regarding ownership of your idea. Once you’ve completed the questions, click on Submit. After we’ve received your idea, you will receive a confirmation email and the review process will begin.
Next, the Idea Hub Innovation Team will review your idea submission to ensure that it is complete and that it fits within the requirements of Helen of Troy Health and Home. If it does, it will be forwarded to the appropriate representative for further review. This initial review process can take up to 45 days, within that 45-day period you will receive a second email explaining if there is any interest in pursuing your idea.
